Terms of Service

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Wiz Results (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the party agreeing to these terms (“Client” or “you”). By engaging our services, signing an order form, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Wiz Results will provide local search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing services to optimize your Google Business Profile and local online presence.

Services include:

  • Complete Google Business Profile audit and optimization

  • Strategic website build and/or technical on-page SEO (where applicable)

  • Review generation system setup

  • Content planning, post creation, and local keyword positioning

  • Competitive analysis and local market positioning

  • Ranking reports and progress tracking updates

  • Ongoing optimization and adjustments throughout the agreement period

2. Client Responsibilities & Access

To perform these services effectively, Wiz Results requires administrative or delegate access to your Google Business Profile, website content management system (CMS), and relevant domain or analytics settings.

  • You agree to provide all necessary access within 5 business days of onboarding.

  • The formal campaign timeline (including the 91-day guarantee window) begins on the day full administrative access to all necessary assets is granted.

3. Exclusivity

During the active term of our agreement, Wiz Results commits to exclusivity within your designated primary business category and specific local target service area. We will not take on a direct business competitor in your exact primary niche and immediate market area while active under this partnership.

4. Guarantee

If your Google Business Profile does not achieve a Top 3 ranking in the Google Maps local pack for your primary target keyword within your specified local area within 91 days:

  • Option A (Refund): You are eligible for a full refund of your setup/management fees as outlined in your main service contract.

  • Option B (Extended Service): Alternatively, billing will pause completely while we continue working on your profile free of charge until the Top 3 ranking is achieved, at which point standard billing resumes for the next billing cycle.

(Note: The guarantee is contingent upon the client maintaining granted account access and implementing recommended site modifications during the initial 91-day window).

5. Payment Terms & Onboarding

  • Invoices must be paid prior to campaign launch via Bank Transfer (SEPA), PayPal, Apple Pay, or major Credit/Debit Cards.

  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will receive an onboarding form and instructions to provide account access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wiz Results operates in compliance with Google Search Guidelines. However, search engine algorithms, third-party platform policies, and local competitor activities are outside of our direct control. Wiz Results is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform updates or third-party outages.
